About Me. 

My journey into healing work began with feeling frustrated with Western medicine personally and within my family; tired of seeing and feeling so much emotional and physical suffering and being drawn to how other cultures heal. After training at the Oregon School of Massage and becoming board certified and licensed, I went on to study a wide range of traditional and energy based modalities — from Native American stone therapy, lymphatic drainage massage, Ayurvedic and Vietnamese facial reflexology, visceral manipulation, acupressure, and the energy methods of Hawaiian Ho'oponopono, Bio-energy, and Spring Forest style Qigong. These, along with coaching the biology of belief I feel are fantastic ways I choose to help others. Inspired by God's grace, my aim is to support your healing  journey with respect, kindness and no judgement. Over the years, I have worked in both upscale spas and healthcare environments, always drawn to the transformation that happens when people feel truly cared for.

 

Now in private practice, I am specializing in helping women feel their best with lymphatic massage and face lifting buccal massage. I believe in these services so much, and have seen wonderful results. I bring a calming, grounded presence to every session, always focused on listening to expectations, my own intuition, and delivering a tailored approach so customers will leave feeling heard and happy.​

When I am not working with clients, I love spending time with my long distance family (on the phone or visits), painting, reading and bird watching photography with my husband. I miss our sweet, beautiful Husky and I am always so happy to pet doggies on walks.​
