Bliss Renewing + Energy Balancing Massage
I will use a gratifying blend of massage and energy-balancing techniques I have been refining for over 20 years including forms of Hawaiian, Far Eastern, and amazing Native American Heated Stone therapy. A beneficial combination, made to bring about deep relaxation, relief, and healing. Lighter to medium or firm pressure to quite firm (no longer doing extra deep tissue or sports type). Hot towels, your choice of aromatherapy, an extra comfy face rest, and a roomy table are all included. The times listed are hands-on massage and energy balancing time; so no need for hurrying to dress/undress. I will check in so that your massage will be customized to you. Truly blissful!

Lymphatic Fusion Massage
Helps to support your lymphatic system so that your body can heal and function at its peak. Can help to relieve certain symptoms (swelling, puffiness, scar tissue, fibrosis, pain, low energy, and relief from constipation (a side effect of medications) due to:

This is a specialized treatment. It uses some gentle and intentionally placed strokes on the skin that encourage the flow of the lymphatic fluid to aid in the cleansing and removal of toxins from the system. Being certified, current with training, and having 11 years in a high-end medical day spa where I performed many post-surgical lymph drainage massages, I am skilled at providing you with exceptional service while putting you at ease. I will use additional cohesive techniques that take it beyond a clinical session and bring absolute nurturing. Feel relief and energized after this session.

Face Glow & Lift Massage
Starts with a lovely neck, shoulder, and hand massage to relax you and help get the lymph moving for better results for the face massage. A gentle cleanse, then a non-comedogenic infusion will be massaged into the skin using several stone and jade gua sha tools and silicone cups (non-marking). The face and neck will be focused on for a very thorough lifting massage which includes lymphatic drainage, and Ayurvedic face massage. Vietnamese facial reflex points will also be addressed which cause feel-good endorphins to refer to the rest of the body systems to have you feeling great all over. Scalp massage encourages the lifting effects and feels awesome. A cool jade roller is used to finish the session. Aromatherapy is complementary. A visible difference can be seen. Great if you have a special occasion that you want to look your best for, or just want a wonderful way to give yourself "self-care"! With routine appointments and also learning to do some of the things at home, this treatment keeps signs of facial aging at bay.

I am honored to practice methods from different cultures (especially Hawaiian, Far Eastern, and Native American) and love the wonderful cohesive results they bring. I particularly enjoy using lymphatic drainage and energy methods to bring about deeper healing and it is so nice to see my customers leave feeling renewed and refreshed. With many years of experience in seeing what works, I am dedicated to helping women feel their best. I spent years working in upscale spa and healthcare environments and now enjoy a private practice. ​I cherish spending time with my husband, family, and friends. My sweet Husky dog passed in March '23 and I'm missing him soooo much, but I am having some fun with my sister's pup. Studying nutrition, painting, nature videography, and eating goodies are some of the other things I love to do!
